The Symposium will start on Friday 26th May in the afternoon and continue through Saturday 27th. On Sunday 28th we will organise a trip to a Slovenian bee keeper, where you will have the chance to find out more about bee-keeping and harvesting bee products. A rich culinary adventure of Slovenian cuisine will not be left out…
